Fretolia is a delivery platform in Mauritius that connects SMEs, retailers, and customers using a crowd-based delivery model to reduce costs and optimize routes.

Orders are grouped by region. Once the minimum order threshold is reached in that area, deliveries are scheduled together. This reduces costs and makes delivery more efficient.

We currently deliver across Mauritius. Availability and frequency depend on demand in each region.

Once your delivery is scheduled, you’ll receive updates via WhatsApp or email with estimated delivery time.

Not yet. We currently operate on scheduled delivery batches, typically within the same week. Express delivery options are planned for late 2025. Leave your email via our contact page to be notified when they launch.

Unlike fixed-rate couriers, Fretolia groups orders by region so your delivery fee decreases as more customers in your area order. Businesses also get a dashboard to track all orders in one place.

Yes. We offer plugins for WooCommerce and Shopify, plus a REST API for custom integrations.

We currently cover all major regions of Mauritius including Port Louis, Curepipe, Quatre Bornes, Rose Hill, and coastal areas. Availability and batch frequency depend on demand in each region.
